Week 9
- Your baby is nearly an inch and is looking more and more human each week.
- You still may not look pregnant.
- The body parts, including organs, muscles, and nerves, are starting to take form.
- All major joints — his or her shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees, and ankles — are working, enabling your baby to move its limbs.
- Mood swings are common now; it's perfectly normal to feel alternately elated and terrified about becoming a parent.
You may be feeling extra gassy or bloated due to big doses of progesterone your body is producing.
