I don’t seem to have received my Free Gifts, what do I do?
It may be that you have not allowed sufficient time for delivery. Please allow 8 weeks for delivery.
If eight weeks have passed since you registered, it may be that you have received gifts and/or coupons from CMR partners but you may not be aware that it was because of your CMR membership. For example, when you receive packages through the mail from Similac and Huggies as a result of your registration with the CMR, there may not be any correspondence in the package specifically indicating that you have received the mailing as a result of your CMR membership. This is to help our partners to keep their fulfillment costs manageable.
I’ve moved recently, how do I change the mailing address for my CMR membership?
We would be happy to update your address in your records and pass that inform along to our partners. Simply send us an email with your up-to-date address information using Contact Us.
