Week 8

Your baby is about the size of a Kidney bean!

Eyelids practically cover the eyes. Fingers and toes are growing longer, although still partially webbed. The arms have also lengthened and the hands are now flexed at the wrist and meet over her heart.

Breathing tubes extend from her throat to the branches of her developing lungs. 

It is still not known whether you're having a boy or a girl as the genitals have not yet developed.

Try to get between 9 and 10 hours of sleep at night, or take naps during the day if possible.  Taking a brisk walk during the day may help to energize you if you are feeling tired or sluggish.

Your breasts may be growing and you’ll soon need to buy bigger bras for better support.
